Our Breath Collective Daily Breath Class

Our Breath Collective is a breathwork community, we meet together for 12-15 minute live breaths every weekday, on some days there are even multiple class time offerings. Myself and the other OBC guides breathwork facilitators, trained in safely, effectively and creatively delivering breath medecine. You are invited to this short daily breath practice, there are 1-2 classes each day led by breathwork facilitators from all around.
