Breath is life - it is the ongoing cycle that means we're alive. No breath, no life. Notice your breath right now. Take a breath in. Let it go. Repeat as you read. Now that you are aware of your breath - your aliveness - you have the power to consciously choose it.
Meet yourself where you are on your journey. You may be a mouth breather. You may be a yoga teacher. You may be an educator. You may be a parent. You may be experiencing mental illness. All of you is welcome here.
